By accessing and using Hollowmap ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Hollowmap is currently in beta testing. The App is provided "as is" for testing purposes. Features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or undergo significant changes. We make no guarantees about the availability, reliability, or functionality of the App during the beta period.
You may use Hollowmap to save GPS locations, attach photos, and navigate to saved locations. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your saved locations and photos are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or share your location data on our servers. However, we may collect anonymous usage analytics through Google Analytics to improve the App. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
GPS location accuracy depends on your device, signal strength, and environmental factors. We do not guarantee the precision of saved locations. Always use common sense and do not rely solely on the App for navigation in critical situations.
Hollowmap is provided for convenience and should not be relied upon for emergency navigation. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, missed appointments, or navigation errors.
All content, features, and functionality of Hollowmap, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Hollowmap and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify beta users of any material changes via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
